Much of the media focus at the MAKS 2009 event this August was directed at the X-band AESA design produced by Tikhomirov NIIP, Russia's leading fighter radar house, intended for use in the new T-50 / PAK-FA fighter and the T-10 / Su-27/30/35 Flanker fighters.
